Determination of physical characteristics of tapes
DRAIN TESTING MACHINE
The tensile strength of Premium Têxtil tapes is tested with a test machine with a capacity of 10,000 kgf.
Method: Claw displacement of 100 mm / minute, with determined result in kN.
DETERMINATION OF WIDTH AND THICKNESS
In order to maintain the standard in each product, the width and thickness of the tapes are determined by digital calipers.
DETERMINATION OF SOLIDITY TO FRICTION OF THE
To ensure better performance and durability, the dye friction fastness of our products is tested with the Crockmeter. Thus, we use a 100% cotton fabric as a witness to the process.
